1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of this website and the store of the AGS Rust server (157.85.91.132:24062), an independent Rust server maintained by its administration. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. User account
You may create an account with e-mail and password to track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity performed under your account.
3. Purchases and payment
Payments are processed entirely by Tebex, acting as the official reseller. Checkout, payment methods, applicable taxes and receipts are handled by Tebex; we never receive or store card data.
4. Delivery and Steam ID
Benefits are delivered to the Steam account used at checkout. The Steam ID linked to the purchase is automatically saved to your site account after the first order and is used for future deliveries. Delivery may take a few minutes and may require reconnecting to the server.
5. Refunds and chargebacks
All items are virtual goods usable only on this server. Refund requests follow Tebex's policy and may be denied after delivery. Chargebacks result in immediate removal of benefits and a permanent ban.
6. Conduct and punishments
Purchasing any package does not exempt the player from complying with the server rules. Players punished for cheating, exploits or rule violations lose access to their benefits with no right to a refund.
7. Changes and availability
Products, prices, benefits and rules may change at any time. Wipes are part of how Rust works and do not entitle you to a refund. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the server or the website.
8. Trademarks and liability
AGS Rust has no official partnership or affiliation with Facepunch Studios or Rust. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the purchased package.
